Trump proposes covering IVF costs with few details, drawing skepticism

Jacobs Institute Director Julia Strasser spoke with the Washington Post last week about poorly described proposals related to IVF. While coverage for IVF is a critical policy issue, this proposal lacks all of the details needed for actual policy implementation -- and it won’t solve the larger societal problem of restricting access to the full scope of reproductive health services, including abortion.
